Morning
Meeting Recap
|
|
Wednesday
More volatility yesterday as we totally recovered from the
morning sell off. The top of the range on the September S&P
contract is 1139 to 1142. On the downside, the 8 day avg is
1132.1, the 21 day avg is 1126.3, and yesterday's low is 1123.5.
The semis were very strong yesterday with BRCM leading the
way. RMBS and FLSH were also very strong and may have reversed,
or at least stopped their downtrends.
CECO has more bad news and is gapping down about 8 points;
look at APOL, and COCO.
There is one secondary that should perform today: FMD priced
at $36.50.
CYBX continued to the downside yesterday, and could be a good
short if it gaps up or goes through yesterday's low of $33.22.
FDX reported in line and BBBY, and MU report after the close.
I will be at the Daytrading Expo at the Chicago Hilton tomorrow,
so no comment.
