About Us
 Paul Umansky founded JPR Capital in 1995. Paul has over seventeen years of stock market experience, beginning as a broker with Shearson Lehman and Oppenheimer, then as a trader with Schonfeld Securities. Paul is currently one of the most active traders at JPR Capital.
JPR Capital is at the forefront in training and supporting “overnight” and “day” traders with sophisticated momentum-based systems to sustain profitability over the long term. Our trading system offers highly sophisticated, market watching software, designed to highlight the best trading candidates in real time (See Whisper section). Trades are confirmed in as little as two seconds and all quotes, news and charts are real time.
JPR excels in “overnight” trading that capitalizes on gaps when the market opens. JPR has developed a system based on both fundamental and technical analysis to help determine the direction of market momentum from each day’s closing to the next day’s opening. Overnight trading can be an excellent additional trading method for a traditional day trader.

Novice Trader

During the most active hours of the trading day – 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM – Paul wears a microphone and broadcasts his trades. The dynamic camaraderie of our trading rooms enables all traders to be aware of what their colleagues are doing.
- JPR Capital offers sophisticated market scanning software, designed to spot the best trading candidates in real-time (see Whisper section). Our system enables traders to create their own filters that highlight a stock in real time, as it becomes a valid trading candidate. JPR has created many time-tested filters that are consistently used by our in-house traders.

- Day-trader margin reports and confirms available online by 8:00 PM.
- Courteous and knowledgeable trading and support personnel.
